At A&R Inspection Professionals, we guarantee that our inspection report will be delivered electronically to the client or authorized representative within 24 hours from the time that our inspector concludes their on-site inspection of the property. If 24 hours have passed from the time the inspector leaves the site that was inspected, and you still have not received your inspection report, contact us for a full refund of the Home Inspection. 

**Note: "24 hour report delivery guarantee" refunds apply only to the cost of the home inspection. Any additional services performed, that are billed in addition to the home inspection, are not subject to a refund. Refunds will only be issued if the lapse in report delivery time is due to the negligence of A&R Inspection Professionals, our inspectors, or representatives employed or contracted by A&R Inspection Professionals. Issues in software performance, email service, or any other outside entity, are not the responsibility of A&R Inspection Professionals, and therefore would not qualify the client to receive a refund. Our "24 Hour Report Delivery Guarantee" is contingent upon the full agreed upon cost being paid by the client, or the authorized representative of the client, prior to the departure of our inspector from the property that was inspected.
