A&R Inspection Professionals was created by two lifelong friends, with extensive history in the construction industry. With over 30 years of experience combined, in numerous trades pertaining to home building, renovation, remodeling, and maintenance, they obtained a plethora of knowledge of all of the systems and components of a house. With a desire to help homeowners protect the largest investment of most of their lives, and be able to live in a safe home, Robert and Andre turned their focus to residential property inspections. They vowed to always give their clients the best possible inspections, in order to help them make the most informed home-buying decision possible. After entering the home inspection industry, they noticed many more ways to help home buyers on their journey to make a house their home. They even discovered ways to help other types of clients, and soon decided to expand the services that they perform. In the process of earning multiple additional certifications, they made a decision to pursue certifications in as many areas of inspection as possible. The plan became to become the most useful, educational, and valuable property inspection company on the market. That plan is now in full motion.
