**Condo Inspections are essentially the same process as a standard home inspection, with the exception of the key systems and components that are inaccessible, non-existent, or are inspected as part of the building inspection (i.e. structure, roofing system, exterior conditions, etc.) Give us a call for more details.

Q: How long does a home inspection take?

A: That depends on what services are being performed, the size of the home, and the amount of systems and components being inspected. A typical home inspection on a 2,000 sq ft home, without additional services added takes approximately three hours on average. Additional services and /or systems and components take additional time.

Q: When will I recieve my report?

A: Our reports are delivered electronically within 24 hours. Often times it is delivered same day.

Q: Can I be present for the inspection?

A: We encourage our clients to be present if they would like to be. However it is not required. With the current health risk presented by Covid, we respectfully ask that you remain outside the home during the interior portion of the inspection if you do decide to be present.
