This inspection ensures compliance with Maryland’s Modified Risk Reduction Standard for lead safety in residential properties. It includes dust wipe testing and a visual assessment, along with verification that required lead hazard reduction treatments—like paint stabilization, window and door repairs, and floor coverings—have been properly completed. A certified inspector documents compliance to help protect residents, meet legal obligations, and reduce lead exposure risks.

A travel fee is added to every inspection at a rate of $0.60/ mile from our office to the property, one way. The listed prices are the base fee for the inspection of the property.
